little hotel in a crowded area right by the city centre. honestly no reason to complain.

the location was marvellous, a few steps away from a sleepy plaza. my really great stay began with staff who helped us with bags.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I liked a nice size and compact room. The bedroom was pretty nice.

We were there for 1 day, everything was perfect, thoroughly enjoyed its excellent and amazing location not far from the cathedral, the city centre, and the center.

I truly enjoyed sleeping 1 night in this hotel. I had a very very good experience here, everything was perfect, the location was amazing right by bus station. A nice size and compact units with good shower, and the staff were so caring!

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been more perfect - just a short walk away from the cathedral square and all the attractions in the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms on the 3rd floor were comfortable and clean, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. And the breakfast provided was a delicious start to each day.

I stayed in this absolutely great hotel for 1 day, had REAL GOOD experience, thoroughly enjoyed its amazing location short walk to a shop selling the excellent local cheese varieties as well as the city center, very close to the Cathedral. The staff was very friendly in all services. The room was brilliant and incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

Twin/double room was compact and fantastic. We enjoyed having bathtubs. Also, location was incredible, a short walk to a Catholic church.

I spent Christmas at this hotel and it was fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing recommendations on where to go and what to do during the festive season. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city close to all the shops and restaurants. One of the best facts was the view of the city from the room, breathtaking! Another advantage was the cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing by the fireplace after a busy day exploring the city.

The noise level, especially during the night. There were a lot of parties going on and people were very loud, making it hard to sleep at times.

Excellent location at a short distance from Plaza de Santa Ana. Absolutely perfect, cozy rooms with all the amenities. Exceptionally comfortable bed and fairly clean bathroom.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, being right in the city centre just off the main square in a busy restaurant area. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the hotel facilities are top-notch. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing me with a map to explore the city on my own.
